The cause of the axial flow pump overload

sometimes axial flow pump overload happens when in use, because normally caused by the following reasons:

1, may be stipulated by the blade installation Angle is beyond our point of view, we need to adjust it.

2, may also be a head is too high, or wait for a reason and cause of water pipeline jam.

3, pressure pipe road congestion can cause the happening of this kind of problem.

4, axial flow water pump impeller and the cylindrical shell bigger friction occurs, overload will occur, we just need to adjust.

5, axial flow water pump speed beyond the rated speed, we need to change the motor or pulley, the speed of the make it conform to the rated speed.
