3, using the wrench will be connected to the inlet pipe and fluid chamber of small clamp to loosen, demolition of outlet pipe can see the ball valve and valve seat, took out the ball and seat and check other spare parts of water pump such as abrasion, chemical corrosion, cracking phenomenon.

4, use wrench separate liquid intermediates and pump chamber, remove the liquid room can see diaphragm and diaphragm plate.

5, the use of tools or spanner fixed external splint around the edge of diaphragm, diaphragm device is separated from intermediates. Then clockwise to loosen the diaphragm device. After they moved out of diaphragm splint shaft from the intermediates.

6, use the clamp ( Padded board) Separate axis and diaphragm installation, check the shaft, plywood, diaphragm for damage and corrosion phenomena.

7, installation from step 6 to step 1.
