1, before starting the multistage centrifugal pump check

multistage centrifugal pump lube oil's name, model, main performance and the filling quantity is in accordance with the requirements of technical documents;

bearing lubrication system, sealing system and cooling system are in good condition, bearing oil, the water was clear;

plate motion of the pump rotor 1 ~ 2, to check whether there is friction or rotor stuck phenomenon;

near the coupling or belt protection device, such as whether there is obstruction of rotating sundry;

kaiping multistage centrifugal pump, bearing, motor foundation anchor bolts are loose;

multistage centrifugal pump valve working system or accessory device shall be in the position of the minimum pump running load, the export control valves should be closed;

start the multistage centrifugal pump, to see if the impeller to agree with design steering, if inconsistent, necessary to rotate the impeller to a full stop, after adjusting motor wiring, can start again.

2, multistage centrifugal pump water filling

the pump before starting, the pump casing and the suction pipe must be full of water, this is because of the presence of air, multistage centrifugal pump suction vacuum forming and maintaining population.

3, multistage centrifugal pump heating pump

conveying high temperature liquid pump, such as power plant boiler feed pump, must first before start the multistage centrifugal pump pump. Feed water pump at startup, this is because the high temperature water through the pump, the pump body quickly raise temperature from room temperature to 100 ~ 200 ℃, it will cause the pump and the temperature difference between the various components inside and outside, without a long enough time and appropriate control measures of temperature rise, heat transfer can make uneven expansion throughout pump, water pump body parts caused by deformation, wear, vibration and bearing axis accident.
